One – Give Us a Shout
First of all, we’ll need to know where you are, what you’d like to get rid of and when you’d like it to happen. This is pretty much where your own involvement comes to an end as once you’ve made the phonecall, that’s where we take over. And just for the record, we really do mean it when we say that we will take any car in any kind of condition – regardless of whether or not it can actually be used on the roads anymore.
Two – We Do the Lot
Once we have the specifics from you, we’ll send one of our dedicated drivers out to the place of collection at a time and date to suit. If you’re busy working during the day, we’ll come in the evening. If weekdays aren’t good, weekends are fine by us. And if you’re really in a hurry to get the job done, we’ll do our best to get out to you the very same day. We come to you, we take the car away and we work around your schedule. And if all that wasn’t quite enough, we’ll even make sure that the DVLA admin side of things is taken care of in order to prevent you facing any fines or nasty letters in the post.
Three – Get Paid, Get Happy!
Last up, we also happen to promise to pay the very best price for any and every scrap car we take, regardless of its condition. We cover the costs of every part of the service package and we also pay you for your car – our customers always come out of the deal better off.
