Once home to the Royal Air Force Coltishall military airbase, Scottow is a small village and civil parish with a resident population of around 1,400. A charming and traditional village with dozens of important historic buildings, Scottow boasts easy access to some of the most beautiful open green spaces in the county. More recently, the opening of Scottow Enterprise Park generated an influx of interest from small and large businesses alike from across the region.
Here at Take My Scrap Car, we’re proud and privileged to work with the good people of Scottow and the county of Norfolk in general. Committed to responsible recycling, we offer a comprehensive vehicle scrapping and disposal service that goes beyond the usual standards in every way. Accessible, convenient and surprisingly rewarding, we’re all about simplifying every aspect of Scottow car scrapping and recycling for the benefit of our customers.
The importance of responsible vehicle recycling cannot be overstated. With tens of thousands of vehicles leaving UK roads permanently every month, it’s of the utmost importance to ensure they are effectively recycled and put back into the system. Nevertheless, we found that far too many traditional car scrapping and recycling services were over-complicating things for their customers. Not to mention, often charging unfair prices for taking their cars off their hands.
With Take My Scrap car, the whole thing is flipped around 180 degrees. In terms of simplicity, we literally take care of everything on our customers behalf. Our drivers are out and about across Norfolk on a 24/7 basis, so we’re happy to pay you a visit at a time and date that suits you. We’ll take your scrap car off your hands and ensure it is responsibly recycled – all without charging you a penny. Not only this, but we’ll even work out the value of your vehicle in accordance with scrap values on the day and pay a fair price directly into your bank account.
The way we see it, car scrapping and recycling doesn’t have to be difficult or costly. It’s simply a case of taking a common-sense approach to the process – one where everybody wins. Whatever kind of vehicle you’re looking to get rid of and wherever you’re located, we’re standing by to take care of things on your behalf.
