Scrap is priced by weight and the metal market on the day, so the heavier the car, the better for you. Typical kerb weights below are a guide; we quote on your actual vehicle.

Why Fords end up with us
- The Powershift automatic gearbox fitted to Fiestas and Focuses between about 2011 and 2016 is expensive to put right.
- Small-engine EcoBoost petrols can suffer cooling and head problems once they are out of warranty.
- Diesel Focuses and Mondeos arrive with blocked particulate filters and failed turbos.
- Older Fiestas and Kas rust along the sills and rear arches, which is an MOT failure in itself.

Do you collect Fords that don't start?
Yes. Most of the Fords we collect are non-runners. Our drivers bring a recovery truck, so a flat battery, a dead gearbox or a car that has been sitting on the drive for a year makes no difference.
How much will I get for my Ford?

I don't have the V5C logbook. Can you still take it?
Yes. We complete the DVLA paperwork with you on collection and give you a Waste Transfer Note for your records.
Will you collect a Transit van?
Yes. We take vans and light commercials across Norfolk and Suffolk. Tell us the model and whether it is a short or long wheelbase when you call so we send the right truck.
How quickly can you come?
Usually within a day or two, and the same day where we can. We work seven days a week, including bank holidays.
