The small village of Thurlton lies approximately 9 miles from the seaside town of Lowestoft and just over 14 miles from the city of Norwich. Along with its beauty and appeal as a tranquil and historic Norfolk Village, Thurlton is also famed for being home to the ‘Great Goliath Mill’. Not to mention, a unique primary school with an interesting ‘classroom of the future’ extension, which is powered almost entirely by its own winter turbine.
Environmental preservation is something we take seriously at Take My Scrap Car. Rather than renewable energy, our specialist field is the responsible recycling and disposal of end-of-life vehicles. With approximately one million cars being taken out of use permanently in the UK each year, the importance of responsible recycling cannot be overstated. Take My Scrap Car was established to make the process of scrapping and recycling vehicles in Thurlton as simple and straightforward as possible.
