Bursting with traditional charms and hidden treasures, Shipdham is a picturesque Norfolk Village with a resident population of around 2000. Formerly home to an important military air base at RAF Shipdham, Shipdham is also famed for being the single longest village in Norfolk. Not to mention, for the rather dramatic events of November 23 back in 1981, when the village was for the first time in recorded history hit by an F1/T2 tornado on 23 November 1981. Mercifully, no such dramatic events have taken place in the four decades since that rather fateful day.
Here at Take My Scrap Car, we’re immensely proud to work closely with the people of Shipdham and the rest of Norfolk in general. We went into business several years ago to build an entirely new car scrapping and recycling service from scratch. A dynamic approach to vehicle recycling that prioritises the customer above everything else. As of today, we’re proud to say we’ve done exactly that. When the time comes to get rid of a Shipdham scrap vehicle of any age, simply reach out to a member of the team at Take My Scrap Car and we will take care of everything on your behalf.
Contrary to popular belief, disposing of a Shipdham scrap car responsibly doesn’t have to be difficult. In fact, it can be surprisingly easy – maybe even a little rewarding. When you come to Take My Scrap Car, we’ll ensure that the entire process from start to finish is as simple and convenient as possible. Whatever your location in Shipdham, one of our drivers will pay you a visit and take your car away at a convenient time and date. In addition, we’ll ensure the admin side of things is sorted, just to keep you in the good books with the DVLA. Perhaps most impressively of all, everything we do is offered 100% free of charge. Not a penny to pay at any time under any circumstances, guaranteed!
In fact, the only payment that takes place happens in the opposite direction. We’re firm believers in the importance of motivating responsible motorists to do the right thing. Precisely why we promise to pay the best possible price for every Shipdham scrap vehicle we take. We’ll work out the value of your vehicle based on scrap prices on the day, paying every penny of the agreed amount directly into your bank account.
